What is it about?

Brain state analysis is very important for persons dealing with emergency situations. Cognitive Workload monitoring using an automated method not only saves time and effort but also helps in assistance. The paper examines the usefulness and performance of the optimization-based method to differentiate the different states of cognitive workload.

Why is it important?

To improve the cognitive workload assessment optimization technique is utilized in the current work. We modified the Jaya optimization algorithm to find the most responsible area (channels) of the brain that has more impact on workload categorization.

Perspectives

Writing the article was a very interesting time since it was a challenge to summarize the findings within a few words. The article leads to automate brain analysis and cognitive functioning which will ultimately lead to understand the mysterious brain.
