What is it about?
A new method is developed to deblur seriously blurred images taken in the fast motion. we study referenceless image quality assessment method to deblurring image. we propose an adjacent-column-grayscale-difference (ACGD) index, which combines with an effective spatial quality evaluator (BRISQUE) to reduce the artifacts and improve quality of the deconvolution image.

Why is it important?
An optimization method is proposed to improve the quality of deblurring images taken in a fast motion. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time of applications of the ACGD and BRISQUE in deblurring images.
