What is it about?

Obesity is a global issue, and there is a need to measure fat thickness easily. However existing technologies have some drawbacks. This paper is proposing an alternative method to measure fat thickness by using the principle of Salisbury screen. The reflection coefficient becomes minimum when the thickness of fat is quarter wavelength, and one will be able to determine the thickness of fat by finding the resonant frequency.
