What is it about?
It is a new fuzzy MADM method, used in selecting the best wireless network from those available anywhere (Vertical Handover), in a heterogeneous multi-access environment.

Why is it important?
This new method shows significant improvement seeing the simulation results; in a movement through different heterogeneous wireless environments, it produces less inefficient handovers, and no ranking abnormality, which are the major disadvantages of normal MADM methods. Moreover, this new method enables the mobile devices to deliver a good quality of service to the end-users.
Perspectives
I am pleased to publish such finding in this journal, as this new method could be used in different domains, and could bring positive results in different decision situations. I hope we could practically test its efficiency in this context, and maybe compare its normal (Numeric) form with the best known MADM methods.
