Convergence of WSN and Cognitive Cellular Network using Maximum Frequency Reuse

What is it about?

To increase the capacity of the cellular network, operators can utilize Complete Frequency Reuse in small cells from neighboring cells. Cognitive algorithm provides intelligent offloading decisions which further increase capacity. The frequency reuse increases high capacity gain and throughput with less interference.

Why is it important?

Million and billions of device predictions are provided by Cisco and Ericsson which creates the need for the resource allocation.

I believe that the with dense cellular network the device require more resources and small cells can be answer to those question, however, frequency for the small cell can be handled efficiently by our proposed scheme.
