What is it about?
This is about sensitive electrochemical platform for the detection of brilliant blue dye and monitoring of its degradation and adsorption.

Why is it important?
Here two objectives are achieved; detection and removal of brilliant blue. Removal is done via photocatalytic degradation and adsorption
Perspectives
Here the photocatalyst has been prepared by a green synthesis method. The introduction of copper into zinc oxide enhanced the photocatalytic degradation ability. Through the synergistic action of Cu-ZnO NPs and Fenton's reagent, a remarkable 96% dye degradation of brilliant blue was achieved within 60 minutes.
