Why is it important?
In this paper, we show that the hitherto unexplained enhancement of Cu II lines from 3d9(2D)4p sub configuration in Ne/H2 plasma is associated with asymmetric charge transfer (ACT) involving the hydrogen molecular ion, H2+.
