Pb(II) removal by ZnCl2-MCM-41 nanostructured sorbent

What is it about?

In this article removal of Pb(II) species from aqueous solutions was studied by use of a new nanostructured sorbent ZnCl2-MCM-41.

Why is it important?

Heavy metals are very dangerous for human life and it's crucially important to eliminate them from water and waste water streams.
