What is it about?
A method for determination of trace tetracyclines based on aluminum hydroxide coprecipitation coupled with HPLC-UV detection was developed. It possesses the advantages such as efficient, rapid, simple, sensitive and environmentally friendly. The method was applied to river water and lake water samples, with satisfactory recoveries.
