Based on dispersion of nanoparticles in mixed solvent, we developed very smooth layers for efficient solar cells.

We found a novel solvent mixture for efficient dispersion and formation of smooth layer of ZnO nanoparticles. The smooth layer provided an efficient charge transport route for organic solar cells. We made uniform dispersion even in the absence of any surfactant,
