What is it about?

DNA fragments separation by capillary electrophoresis in mixed hydroxyethyl cellulose polymer with different molecular weight (Mw) (90 k, 250 k, 720 k and 1300 k) was performed in this work. The effects of important factors, such as the ratio of the mixed polymer composition and the concentration of the mixing polymer, were investigated.
