Sensitive assay of cancerous cells

What is it about?

We establish a new assay that can detect 62 cells per mL , which may find potential applications in the early diagnosis of cancer.

Why is it important?

This assay is the first study employing DL-DNA as signal amplification labels for the detection of cancerous cells, which successfully combines with the bio-bar-code technique to avoid cross-reaction and significantly improves the detection sensitivity.
