Integration of different layers of omics data is important. PCA based unsupervised FE was an effective method to overcome this difficulty.
Perspectives
I have recently proposed PCA based unsupervised FE to overcome the difficulty of small sample and large feature problem. This article purposed to demonstrate usefulness of this methodology with the collaboration with medical (wet) people.
