What is it about?

Gene collapsing analyse based on whole exome sequencing and association with hypertension

Featured Image

Why is it important?

The present report shows that rare variation contributes to hypertension - not only secondary but also primary hypertension-

Perspectives

Not only common but also rare variants are important risk factors for human hypertension. Future genetic risk determination for human hypertension could include whole exome sequencing.
