What is it about?

Looking at the molecular biology landscape of PTSD as it relates to adrenergics/catecholamines,corticosteroids,immune suppression and how these relates to/interact to maintain homeostasis .....

Why is it important?

It is important to understand that 'homeostasis' as described by Selye has parameters---too much is not good, and not enough is not good.....a delicate balance exists between maintaining homeostasis with the interplay of adrenergics&corticosteroids....both of these 'moieties' could be controlled and serially monitored to assess blood levels in order to manage 'homeostasis'........
