Prismatic adaptation boots visual perception

What is it about?

We demonstrated, in a population of healthy subjects, that prismatic adaptation lowers visual perceptual threshold in the whole visual field (improving visual detection and reducing reaction times).

Our results is important in highlighting behavioural attentional effects of prismatic adaptation in a population of healthy subjects and in revealing new possible applications of prismatic adaptation.
