Why is it important?
This work is important as there is a common perception that people who engage in diversity work can only work with people of Color. Further, this work highlights important, transferable skills that people can gain through diversity work.
Perspectives
I believe this research has the potential to empower those doing work in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
