Why is it important?

This mixed methods study explores why and how managers and leaders use coaching skills and contains an assessment organizations can use to determine how frequently their managers and leaders use those type of skills.

Perspectives

I feel that this is one of the few studies done from a clean slate with interviews of curricula developers of programs teaching managers and leaders coaching skills and also provides an assessment solely on the use of coaching skills and not other factors such as business acumen or management skills.
