What is it about?

A longitudinal study with a representative sample of Dutch internet users found that Facebook users report higher levels of online social support and stress, but do not differ in life satisfaction from non-users. Whereas asking for advice on Facebook is related to social support, stress is not affected by Facebook use, but caused by external factors.
