What is it about?
Many of us might think that our jobs reflect our personalities. This study confirms that belief by analyzing a large group of workers. We found a clear link between people’s personalities and their preferred jobs. Interestingly, when we arranged people next to each other in a circle based on the jobs they liked most, we found that individuals with similar personalities were placed near each other along the circle’s edge.
