What is it about?

Team leaders are important in team success. They may be considered in some tasks by other team members as individuals that achieve some goals and provide some key resources on the behalf of the whole team. In other words, team members may see themselves confident in achieving team success if they believe in their team leader as their "proxy". In this article, different aspects of team members' belief in the capabilities of their team leader as their representative (proxy) in teamwork are discussed.
