In this study, was compared cyanoacrylate glue versus endovenous laser ablation therapy for the management of incompetent great saphenous veins and was aimed to show the effectiveness and safety of cyanoacrylate ablation treatment.

Why is it important?
The cyanoacrylate ablation therapy is a new technique for refluxing great saphenous vein as effective as thermal ablation with some advantages such as no tumescent anesthesia, no compression stocking, fast and simple operation procces and low periprocedural pain.
Perspectives
This article important for us because we strongly showed that the efficacy of cyanoacrylate glue ablation therapy with comparison the EVLT. This is a RCT and patients follow-up continu and the results are very good.
