How do nurses become teamplayer? They need a structured training of communication skills, "role modelling" of teachers and practicioners and a positive school and working climate.

The healthcare system is currently facing a great change and new challenges. Nursing teamwork is so important. We need a positive culture and orientation of learning with and from each other.
