What is it about?

People resist change in many ways: on cognitive, emotional and behavioural levels; consciously and unconsciously; overtly and covertly. They may resist most change or just a specific change. They may resist the entire change or just parts of it. 24 interviews in New Zealand organisations revealed the multi-dimensional nature of resistance to organisational change.
