Why is it important?
If health workers improve how lessons learnt are shared, then others can benefit from them ahead of facing a similar sized event.
Perspectives
Nurses learn from every major incident we experience. Yet we rarely adequately share our lessons with other health organisations. The intention of this presentation was to start a collaboration to investigate the lessons learnt by nurses in various emergency department who had worked during and after the NZ earthquakes.
