Is fifth arch so common as it is reported?

What is it about?

A comprehensive review on development of arch arteries and existing literature in an attempt to analyse the strength of evidence in support of the existence of fifth arch. We believe that fifth arch is not as frequent as reported and is rather overdiagnosed unlike previous claiims of underdiagnosis.
