logs of navigation-grade global positioning system (GPS) receivers is used to track the movements of seismic stations situated on moving ice of Antarctica. Results resolve both very slow ice velocities near dome A, East Antarctica, and velocities of >100 m/yr, on Thwaites Glacier in West Antarctica. The results indicate that several months of navigation-grade GPS measurements provide reliable measures of ice sheet movement.
