What is it about?

English is a global language yet there are several variants of English that exist today across the world. English in India due to code mixing has emerged as a distinct language. However, the subalterns use of English with their restricted codes, to express their feelings leads to the emergence of yet another variant of English-the subalterns' English that is grammatically incorrect but as far as its communication quotient is concerned, it does not fall short of the standard English in any manner whatsoever.
