What is it about?

In this paper, we describe a process by which we selected high-frequency, high-utility affixes specific to science vocabulary to target with adolescent struggling readers as part of a morphological approach. A list of high-frequency big words students are likely to read in their science texts is provided, as well as our list of high-utility prefixes and suffixes.
