What is it about?
People with migraine display higher velocity eye movement responses during vestibular testing than people who do not have migraine. This increased response suggests that such people may experience dizziness more intensely and may seek more care or seek it earlier than those without migraine, explaining some of the link between migraine and a variety of vestibular disorders.
