What is it about?

Two very rare species of the genus Macrolaimus (M. canadensis and M. ruehmi) are redescribed from several European countries (Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Corsica (France). In addition, new data on a third species (M. crucis) from Spain is provided. Measurements and illustrations including light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy are realized.
