What is it about?

CODA is a method that can be used to find out how people think - by analysing what they say. How people choose to say things can be quite revealing. For instance, the way a person formulates a description could reveal whether they're an expert, what kind of perspective they're using, where the focus of attention is, what sorts of information are new to them and what's taken for granted - and a lot more.
