What is it about?

The success or failure of many health programmes, especially in developing countries, is due largely to systemic challenges – including governance issues such as absent (or ineffectual) policy and legislation to provide framework. This study provides an overview of the mental health system governance challenges and opportunities, as well as possible strategies for addressing them.
