Why is it important?

Fear of copyright is something a lot of library staff suffer from. These ideas will help those in other institutions to increase the confidence levels of their staff and provide a better service to library users.

The work represented by this article was very much a group effort. All members of the Cambridge University Libraries Copyright Group have participated in the initiatives discussed and helped to increase wider staff confidence.
