Why is it important?

The PUFFinCA scale is the first scale developed specifically for asthmatic children and evaluating the basic functions of family physicians. This scale may guide the evaluation of the needs of asthmatic children in terms of primary care. Even though this scale was developed in Turkey, it can be used for asthmatic children in all countries after local translation and cultural adaptation.

Perspectives

The PUFFinCa scale can be a PUFF for better breathing of asthmatic children.
