What is it about?

CRPV is infectious for domestic rabbits and reproducibly grow tumors at the infected sites. Therefore, it is an ideal model for anti-tumor testing. We have modified CRPV genome extensively and found most mutants are functional although some changes result in phenotype changes. These findings indicate we can introduce foreign gene of interest into CRPV genome without losing the important read-out of tumor growth.
