Why is it important?

This is the first research examining the changes in social media use within COVID-19. Furthermore, the research findings reveal that decision-makers change their ideas based on criticism from social media. Social media use during the COVID-19 also did not create any anxiety as there were no shares related to show off. Users also were aware of the official and fake news, which prevented the spread of fake news.

Perspectives

I was curious during the lockdown how users social media use will change due to COVID-19. The results surprised me as social media use show commonality and unity, which usually does not profound within social media shares.
