What is it about?
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of seasonal changes, breed and susceptibility to thermal stress (determined using respiratory rate) on BMI, cardinal physiological variables and circulating thyroid hormones in Red Sokoto and Sahel kids of both sexes in different seasons of the Northern Guinea Savannah climate of Nigeria.
