Applying the right strategies will help Indonesian trucking companies excel in their performance. This research spots the differences between low, medium and high performance Indonesian trucking companies. Our study also extend the previous literature by differentiating the strategies for high performance and survival amid COVID-19 pandemic.

Trucking business occupies majority of transportation market share in Indonesia, thus a fall in their performance will harm the national supply chain performance.
Perspectives
We hope this paper can fill up the gap in the scholar. COVID-19 is a unprecedented event that no one really knows how to tackle. Logistic is one of the sector that is affected during pandemic. We hope that this study can answer the issue on how Indonesian trucking companies can perform better during COVID-19 outbreak by differentiating the strategies to achieve high performance and for survival.
