What is it about?
This work is focused on the study of antireflective films of TiO2 nanotubes compatible with silicon solar cells. The films were prepared by anodic oxidation method, which offer good optical performance, excellent adherence and are compatible with the process of manufacturing solar cells at laboratory scale.
