What is it about?
The chemical composition and mineral constituents of the Seasme oil from different places of Yemen differ in their environmental conditions
Featured Image
Why is it important?
• Sesame oil prepared from seeds collected in 8 provinces of Yemen was studied over 3 years. • Sesame oil physicochemical variations were influenced by geographic origin. • Sesame oil mineral content allowed to identify the geographic origin. • Principal Component Analysis is adequate to estimate the importance of element content.
Perspectives
The chemical and mineral composition may be used to identify the region of every sample used in this study
