What is it about?

ACE2 is known to be the causative protein that causes SARS-CoV-induced ARDS. We verified whether ACE2 was also associated with pneumonia after esophagectomy. In conclusion, the elevation of ACE2 levels on POD3 may predict the incidence of pneumonia.
