What is it about?

Metallo-beta-lactamases use two zinc molecules to work. Zinc chelators may restore carbapenam activity against MBL-producing bacteria. We tested new polyimidazole ligands against VIM, NDM and IMP-producing bacteria (kinetic, microbiological, and docking analysis).
