What is it about?

In this project, the limited deformability of hemp fibers was overcame by blending them with soft acrylic fibers so as to avoid any chemical treatments with softeners. In this paper, the thermal behavior of the hemp based knitted fabrics in both steady-state and transient conditions was investigated before and after the wear trial period in order to find out if their thermal comfort properties were compromised.
