What is it about?

The defects in solar cell is increased with temperature due to increases of activation energy. Such defects and dislocation impaired polycrystalline materials solar cell efficiency and longevity. In this study standard IEC framework how the device physics model can be interpreted to show the defect minimization by device diverse materials thickness optimization is focused.
