Architectural firm performance as influenced by ownership attributes and organizational structure

What is it about?

The study investigated how the characteristics of ownership of architectural firms influence their performance, how organisational structure in terms of centralization of decision making, formalization of office processes and specialization of duties influence organisational performance; and how combinations of ownership characteristics and organisational structure influence firm performance

Why is it important?

The study is important as it has potential to indicate how architectural firms fit their structure to their ownership characteristics to enhance profit.
