Supercapacitor is a good auxiliary energy storage for assisting lithium ion battery to save braking energy and supply power in acceleration. The calculation of capacity and control strategy that create great results among other techniques have shown.

Why is it important?
This design gives size and control strategy for one who want developing a real-vehicle using supercapacitor to assist battery power source. It has been cited for a U.S. patent of hybrid vehicle applicaton.
Perspectives
My experiences in companies along with research endeavoring lead me to produce this real-world outcome for electric vehicle applications. I hope this work benefits to developers. A more advancements in this field are going on. I would welcome to receive comments from all.
