What is it about?

Electric properties are very important for energy converters and electric storage devices like batteries, capacitors, fuel cells, solar cells. X-ray and electron spectroscopy can be helpful for the interpretation of conductivity data from electroanalytical methods like 4 point DC measurements and impedance spectroscopy. This paper shows how conductivity data from DC measurements are related with the valence band properties as measured with photoemission/XPS spectroscopy, the first of its kind.
