How good are the models available for estimating sugar content in sugarcane?

What is it about?

Sugarcane industry could benefit from having models to estimate sugar content in stalks by harvesting time and machine learning could be leveraged for this purpose. We built machine learning models and evaluated their outputs behaviors to verify if the models are trustworthy.
