What is it about?
During performance of scopes to the uterus, it is usual to distend it with a fluid (glycine) which if escaped to the blood of the patient, it might cause a serious effects. In the reported case, it decreased serum sodium and calcium which needed immediate treatment

Combination of decrease in serum sodium and calcium is not recored before. The management was rapid, simple and successful.
